Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before making a purchase or using the services of Labdhi Ornaments. By engaging with our business, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. General

These Terms & Conditions govern your relationship with Labdhi Ornaments, operated by Sandip Rajnikant Shah (GST: 24AXCPS8121K1ZB), located at 1st Floor, 131, Aryman Arcade, Tower Road, Begampura, Surat, Gujarat – 395003.

2. Products & Pricing

• All jewellery is priced based on prevailing gold and diamond market rates at the time of purchase
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to commodity fluctuations
• All products are BIS Hallmark certified as indicated on the item and its documentation
• Making charges, stone charges, and applicable GST will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase

3. Custom Orders

• A minimum advance payment of 50% of the estimated order value is required to commence work
• Final prices may vary slightly from estimates due to actual metal weight and finishing
• Cancellation after commencement of work will result in forfeiture of the advance payment
• Design changes post-commencement may incur additional charges

4. Exchange & Return Policy

• Gold jewellery may be exchanged at prevailing market rates, subject to verification of original purchase invoice
• Diamond jewellery exchange is subject to gemological assessment at the time of exchange
• No cash refunds are provided; exchanges are processed as store credit or replacement jewellery only
• Items damaged due to mishandling or alterations by third parties are not eligible for exchange
• Custom and personalised orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable

5. Warranty & After-Sales Service

Labdhi Ornaments offers lifetime service including cleaning and polishing for all jewellery purchased from us, subject to presentation of original purchase invoice and the jewellery being in a condition suitable for servicing. Repairs due to breakage or accidental damage may be chargeable.

6. Hallmark & Purity

All gold jewellery is BIS Hallmark certified in accordance with Bureau of Indian Standards regulations. Certificates and hallmark details are provided with each purchase.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, photographs, and content displayed by Labdhi Ornaments are the intellectual property of the business and may not be reproduced without express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Labdhi Ornaments shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the invoice value of the specific item in question.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Surat, Gujarat, India.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and all applicable trade and commerce regulations.
